8_27_19 Tuesday wtf is going on with my press and squats NOW?
I figured I'd take a big hit due to *JERKING* & leg press tonnage (since I can't drop I had to lower jerks to shoulders then lower.... fatigue).
Also squatted slow and under control instead of such a fast descent; desperately seeking @8 - right knee's been whimpering so left it where it was in order to leg press thurs. DB bench - couldn't get a decent bench it declined some, & triceps were toast, so no 45's tonite.
