BLOCK 16, WEEK 5, DAY 4

Flipped off press yesterday for snatch and pclean & jerk today. Yo! Gym peeps! Stare and laugh all you want, no fucks given. 

Hang Snatchbar to 55# 1/2 hr many reps
Power Clean  77 to 85 doubles & triples ez-pz
PClean & Jerk85, 90, 95, 100 (not doubles but 2x) STILL ez-pz






Then I did feet up bench (forgot cell so no idea what I did last time) 85x12, 90x12, 95x12 - nice and smooth and easy. I was toast last night, hot tubbed it before bed.
