PClean & Jerk | 85, 90, 95, 100 (not doubles but 2x) STILL ez-pz |
Then I did feet up bench (forgot cell so no idea what I did last time) 85x12, 90x12, 95x12 - nice and smooth and easy. I was toast last night, hot tubbed it before bed.
