BLOCK 16, WEEK 5, DAY 1

3 hours sleep

Snatch technique work from a hang. Not as fast and snappy as last time because, tired. Fell on my ass once. Worked up to 45# (yea, so nothing but its coming back to me) before I lost me ritmo, my flow (I hate it when that happens).
DB Flat Bench Ima hafta bite the bullet with 45's, I guess.
