BLOCK 16, WEEK 3, DAY 4

RDL supersetted with bench.
RDL no big, FULL ROM, and limited by my lats. also my hiney hurts from leg press. Feeling pretty toast with all these reps. Probably could do more on bench too but 90# over 12 reps would be a dicey @8.
Today I did snatch practice!! in an empty room. I could probably still get my snatch back, my shoulders/knees are pretty sore snatching after all the press/bench/knee bending, so....
