BLOCK 16, WEEK 4, DAY 1

The cleaning lady at work threw my program out. Wth?? Should have done 135# for squat.
Both shoulders have rebelled at dumbbell pressing (pain), so I struggled tonite with press and didn't do DB bench to @9 like rx'd. Triceps triceps triceps - feel all swollen yet they're nonexistent.
