BLOCK 14, WEEK 4, DAY 2

6_6_19 Thursday No sleep, fighting off a cold, lot of stress, short rest (training in the am before biopsy, had to cut squats). Strength was down today - my targets were too optimistic. I messed up bench @9 because running out of time? I did 4 rather than 3@9, shit.
