BLOCK 14, WEEK 2, DAY 1

5_21_19 Tuesday Back/pelvic area still janky.*
SQUATS: programmed 1@8, 5x6sets at 76% didn't happen*- but they all felt great/relatively easy - did no downsets
PRESS: misgrooved first 88x1, did 85 then 88 easily. S/B 75#x5x6 sets but I did 72#*
CGFP: cut out one backoff set to let someone else in the cage!
Comp Squat   45x5x2  65x5  85x5  95x5 115x5 125x3 135x2 165x2  175x1 185x1@8 (all felt great)
Press         88x1 @8    |  72x5x6s
CG Floor Press              75x8@6  |  85x8@7  |  95x8@8x3 sets
Probably missing this weekends sessions, hopefully back is even more recovered next week, which is a pivot week, so everything's changing anyway.
