BLOCK 14, WEEK 1, DAY 4

5_19_19 Sunday Could barely get out of bed. Brokeback training.

• Pulls, some bar drift. should have been @7,8,9 top set 235-240, +backoffs but couldn't.
• Bench, pretty easy other than lying down and getting up.
• Rows, ok but too much body english on the 125# - was a mistake to go up from 120.
