Woke at 3am w some dizzy stomach virus. Did what I could at 8.
Deadlift 185x5 205x5 215x3 (supposed to be 235x5 @9)
Comp Bench: 110x4 @7 115x4 @8 118x4 @9 (sb over 120?)
So disappointing. Too 🤢 nauseated to do 8’s Tempo squats.
